We serve parks, resorts, hotels, schools, restaurants, residential communities, entertainment destinations and other commercial or recreational projects.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

MRIP reserves the right to make reasonable changes to product design, materials, specifications or appearance where necessary for manufacturing, safety, availability or technical improvements.

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by MRIP are subject to the terms and validity period stated in the quotation.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Transportation and delivery location
  • Raw material costs
  • Taxes, duties or applicable charges
  • Changes requested by the customer

A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order until it has been formally accepted by both parties and the required payment or advance has been received.

5. Orders & Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after:

  1. The customer accepts the quotation or commercial terms;
  2. Required specifications and project details are finalized;
  3. Any applicable advance payment is received; and
  4. MRIP confirms the order.

Once production or procurement has started, changes or cancellations may be subject to additional costs.

6. Custom Products

MRIP may manufacture products according to customer-provided dimensions, designs, colors, layouts or project requirements.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving drawings, dimensions, layouts, colors and specifications before production.

Once a customized product has entered production, modifications may not be possible without additional cost or changes to the delivery schedule.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual quotation, invoice or sales agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.

Failure to make payments on time may result in:

  • Delayed production
  • Delayed delivery
  • Delayed installation
  • Suspension of work
  • Additional storage or related costs

8. Delivery & Transportation

Delivery arrangements will depend on the product, order quantity, destination and agreed commercial terms.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and may be affected by manufacturing schedules, transportation, weather, raw material availability, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any specific delivery commitment must be confirmed in writing.

9. Installation

Where installation is included in the customer’s order, MRIP will provide installation according to the agreed scope of work.

The customer must ensure that the installation site is reasonably prepared and accessible before the installation team arrives.

This may include:

  • Suitable ground or foundation
  • Adequate access to the installation area
  • Required electrical connections
  • Necessary civil works
  • Sufficient working space
  • Site safety and security

Additional work outside the agreed installation scope may be charged separately.

10. Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the project site.

MRIP should be informed in advance about any site conditions that may affect installation, including restricted access, uneven ground, underground utilities, electrical limitations, drainage issues or other construction constraints.

Any additional work resulting from inaccurate or incomplete site information may be treated as additional work.

11. Safety & Operation

Amusement rides and playground equipment must be installed, operated and maintained properly.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Equipment is used only for its intended purpose;
  • Recommended capacity limits are followed;
  • Operators are properly trained where applicable;
  • Children and users are appropriately supervised;
  • Safety instructions are followed;
  • Equipment is regularly inspected and maintained.

Customers must not modify, relocate, repair or alter equipment without appropriate technical approval where such action could affect safety or structural integrity.

12. Maintenance

Regular inspection and maintenance are important for the safe and long-term operation of amusement rides and playground equipment.

The customer is responsible for routine maintenance unless a separate maintenance agreement has been made with MRIP.

MRIP may provide maintenance, repair and after-sales services according to the applicable warranty or service agreement.

13. Warranty

Where a warranty is provided, the applicable warranty period and conditions will be specified in the quotation, invoice, warranty document or sales agreement.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by:

  • Improper installation or unauthorized modification
  • Misuse or negligence
  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents or vandalism
  • Natural disasters
  • Electrical problems or unsuitable power supply
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Use outside the equipment’s intended purpose

Specific warranty conditions may vary by product.

14. After-Sales Support

MRIP aims to provide reasonable after-sales assistance for products supplied by the company.

Depending on the product and agreement, support may include troubleshooting, spare parts, maintenance guidance, repair services or technical assistance.

The availability and cost of such services will depend on the applicable warranty and service terms.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including company logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, designs, written materials and other original content, is the property of MRIP or its respective rights holders unless otherwise stated.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Customer-specific designs and intellectual property will be handled according to the relevant project agreement.

16. Website Use

MRIP will not be considered in breach of its obligations where performance is delayed or prevented by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions
  • War or civil disturbance
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Supply-chain interruptions
  • Shortages of raw materials
  • Labor disputes
  • Power or infrastructure failures

Where possible, MRIP will communicate significant delays and work with the customer to determine a reasonable solution.

20. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms will depend on the stage of the order and the individual agreement.

For customized or specially manufactured products, cancellation after production has started may result in the customer being responsible for costs already incurred.

Any refund, deduction or cancellation charge will be determined according to the applicable quotation, invoice or agreement.

21. Changes to Products or Services

MRIP reserves the right to update product models, specifications, materials, manufacturing methods and services from time to time.

Such changes may be made to improve quality, safety, performance, availability or manufacturing efficiency.

For confirmed custom orders, significant changes will be communicated to the customer where applicable.

22. Privacy

MRIP may collect information provided by customers or website visitors for purposes such as responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, providing services and communicating about projects.

Customer information will be handled according to our applicable Privacy Policy.

23. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

Any dispute arising from our products, services or agreements will, where possible, first be addressed through discussion and mutual resolution between MRIP and the customer.

24. Changes to These Terms

MRIP may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this website with the revised effective date.
